Booking Process:
Reservations can be made by contacting our booking team via email at booking@leagavipositano.com. Please include your preferred travel dates and any special accommodation requests.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
The client can cancel free of charge up to 22 days before arrival. If canceled within 21 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
In case of a no-show, the total booking amount will also be charged.
The full booking amount will be required 21 days before arrival through a payment link. Additionally, we will verify the validity of the card provided at the time of booking.
Please note that the city tax of €5 per person, per night, is not included.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Services and Amenities:
Boat Tour: The group tour aboard our Agave is weather-dependent. Guests must confirm their preferred date in advance.
Sunbed Reservation: Guests must inform our reception team in advance to reserve sunbeds at both the Remmese Beach House and the private pool.
Gourmet Dinner: A reservation is required for dinner at La Serra.
Spa Treatments: Included spa services are tailored to your preferences and are subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to book treatments in advance for the best selection.
Personalized Service: Our staff is available to fulfill any special requests, ensuring a tailor-made stay.
