Terms and Conditions

Availability:

The Luxurious Escape Package is exclusively available for August 2025, offering a peaceful retreat during one of the most beautiful months on the Amalfi Coast.

Booking Process:

Reservations can be made by contacting our booking team via email at booking@leagavipositano.com. Please include your preferred travel dates and any specific accommodation requests.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The final payment must be completed 45 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival incur a penalty charge equal to one night’s stay.
Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival incur a penalty charge of 100% of the total reservation cost.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is at 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Amenities and Services:

The private boat tour included is subject to weather conditions. Guests are encouraged to confirm their preferred tour date well in advance.
Sunbed reservations at the Remmese Beach House and the private pool require prior notice to our front office team, subject to availability.
Reservations for the gourmet dinner at La Serra must be arranged in advance.
Reservations for the spa are also required well in advance to ensure availability.
Our dedicated staff is available to assist with any special requests, ensuring your stay is tailored to your preferences.

Hotel Le Agavi reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this package at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their arrival.
